"BEST STUDENT ACCOM in Manchester. Lived here during my entire degree. The rooms are spacious and well furnished, the public kitchen/bathrooms/dining rooms get cleaned regularly by cleaning staff. If you experience any issues with your room, the maintenance staff is always happy to help (you have to fill in an online maintenance request form). There are plenty of shops nearby including Tesco, Lidl, Poundland, Co-op and many takeaway restaurants on Curry mile. They also have laundry rooms (washing machines&dryers) that you can access 24/7 + ironing board and hoover that you can borrow from Langdale reception and return. On top of that there is a cinema room, games room with table tennis and pool table, as well as a foosball table and outdoor tennis court surrounded by a nice green space. All the staff members are very kind, welcoming and helpful. Ged and Katie would go out of their way to ensure all the residents get a positive experience living here."

I live in a studio and it is very spacious, well furnished and quiet enough for me to get work done if I do study from home. The staff is very friendly and accommodating to students and maintenance issues are attended to extremely quickly that you are barely inconvenienced. I love walking around the garden in the warmer months and the bright flowers at the entrance always make my day when I get home in the spring and summer."

"Honestly a fantastic place to live! I didn't enjoy my time in university halls, they were too noisy, dirty, and dark. In second year I moved here and never looked back. The building is beautiful, I feel like im living in a place too fancy to be a student Hall. There's a big garden, and they keep it well maintained with flowerbeds that spring beautiful roses every March/April. The staff are also lovely, they always say hello and are super friendly and helpful if you ever have problems. The maintenance team are great too, they come and sort any problems in your flat as soon as possible, usually on the same or next day. I would rate them 6 stars if I could."
