All the reception staff are friendly and very helpful, and the maintenance team are quick to answer requests. The rooms are also great. Any students in Manchester should definitely consider living here!"

The common areas are always kept clean and well equipped with foosball, pool, table tennis and a home cinema set up. "I have lived here for one academic year and have enjoyed my stay so much that I didn't consider looking for an alternative for next year. I live in a studio and it is very spacious, well furnished and quiet enough for me to get work done if I do study from home. The staff is very friendly and accommodating to students and maintenance issues are attended to extremely quickly that you are barely inconvenienced. I love walking around the garden in the warmer months and the bright flowers at the entrance always make my day when I get home in the spring and summer."
